Submitting Your Order

Ribbons 4 All Venues accepts order sent via email or regular mail. We request that orders be submitted on our order form - flats (fillable PDF) and rosettes (fillable PDF) to ensure we receive all the information needed to accurately fulfill your order. Order form fields can be completed online, prior to printing the forms. Once you have completed the fields, print the form(s) and complete the diagram(s), as needed. The completed form(s) should consist of multiple pages (one page per style or color combination) when ordering more than one style of flat ribbon and/or rosette. In order to submit your order, scan and email all pages to us or send the pages via regular mail to us at the following address: Ribbons 4 All Venues 23 Morris Sussex Tpke Andover NJ  07821-4563 Please review the information below before sending your order to us: Explain details for each order clearly and fully. Please do not state, “Same as last order.” Be as specific as possible in order to lessen the possibility of any mistakes when we fulfill your order. We will contact you if there are any questions once the order has been received and reviewed. Provide an event date so that we may schedule your order appropriately. Typically, orders will be filled within 3-4 weeks although larger orders may require more production time. If an order is needed in less than 3 weeks, please indicate RUSH next to the event date on the order form. NOTE: Additional charges may be applied for RUSH orders. We will contact you prior to shipping to notify you of any additional charges. Use the diagrams on the order form to describe the placement of text, logos, etc. If you have any questions when completing the order form, please contact us prior to sending your order. Each order will ship USPS Priority Mail or it can be picked up at Ribbons 4 All Venues in Andover, NJ (see address above). Please note on your order whether the order should be shipped or will be picked up at the business location. If you prefer an order to be shipped by another method, please indicate on your order form. We will contact you if there is any issue with shipping via a different requested method.
